TviMAX provides an IPTV subscription service. It gives access to live television channels, movies, series and kids content over the internet, through compatible apps and devices. We provide the access credentials and the service infrastructure. Our service is for personal, lawful use, unless you hold a reseller agreement with us.
3 Availability and quality
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Channel lineups, movies, series and features may change without notice. The quality of your stream depends on your internet connection, your device, the app you use and your location.
Temporary interruptions can happen during maintenance, updates or events outside our control. We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
4 Third-party apps, devices and content
The apps, players and devices you use with our service are made and controlled by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, updates, privacy practices or terms.

TviMAX does not control how reseller customers use the service. Reseller credits are used according to the reseller agreement and the plan details shown at checkout.
8 Pricing, credits and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and they may change. Plans and credits are as described on the plan page at the time you buy.
Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TviMAX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party apps, devices, internet providers or content providers.
